01The challenge

The Cross Clinic is a doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic in Bishopbriggs. The clinic was moving to a new name, and needed a website that matched the new brand and explained its treatments clearly, without changing how existing clients book.

  • Replace the clinic's previous website with one built around its new name and brand.
  • Keep appointments in the booking system the clinic already uses, so nothing changes for existing clients.
  • Make every treatment easy to find, understand and book.

02The solution

We designed and built the site from scratch, and look after its hosting.

Treatments, prices, memberships, FAQs and policies all live in structured content files, separate from the page design. Changing a price updates the treatment page, the menu and every "from" price at once, and an automated check catches missing or inconsistent details before anything goes live.

Booking stays with the clinic's existing booking platform. Each treatment's "Book now" button opens the right place in it, so the website and the booking system work as one journey.

Addresses from the previous site are mapped to their new equivalents, and local-business structured data helps search engines understand the clinic.

03What we built

Features in the finished site.

  • Treatment menu

Every treatment has its own page with its description, options and price, and links to related treatments.

  • Booking integration

"Book now" buttons across the site link into the clinic's existing online booking system.

  • Memberships

A page setting out the clinic's membership tiers and what each includes.

  • Newsletter sign-up

A sign-up form that records consent, filters out bots and is built to feed a Google Sheet the clinic controls.

  • Reviews and trust

A reviews section, the clinician's credentials and the brands the clinic uses, all on the homepage.

  • FAQs, policies and privacy

Dedicated pages for common questions, booking and cancellation policies, and a privacy notice.

  • Search-ready

Structured data, a sitemap, canonical addresses and redirects from the previous site's links.

  • Content checks

An automated check that flags missing or inconsistent content before each release.

04The outcome

What's different now.

  • The clinic now trades online under its new name, with its own page for every treatment.
  • Clients still book through the system they already know, now reachable from every treatment page.
  • Links from the previous website lead to their new equivalents, so old bookmarks and search results still land in the right place.
